£55-60K + Car Allowance
An outstanding opportunity has become available for a Senior Estimator to join a successful Main Contractor based near Glasgow. Working across the Fit Out/ Refurbishment and Design and Build sector, you can be expected to be involved in truly engaging projects including theatres, hospitals, schools, universities, offices and many more. Responsibilities
- Undertake Estimates in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee and develop junior members of staff.
- Identify opportunity and risk during the process.
- Maintain tender estimate file.
- Provide support for Business Development.
- Provide on going support to site teams relating to estimates.
Essential
- Must possess Main Contracting experience.
- Demonstrable experience within a similar role.
- IT literate.
- Conquest software experience.
