Our client is looking for an experienced assistant accountant who has experience within a Practise setting. This role is temp however, there is possibility of it going permanent. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your understanding of different sectors and grow alongside the firm. The key responsibilities include:
- General Office duties
- Client management
- Preparing VAT returns
- Accounts preparation for Partnerships, sole traders and Limited companies
- Tax returns
The essential knowledge / skills / experience required:
- Iris Accounting software experience
- Working knowledge of Sage, Quickbooks, Xero and Kashflow
- Previous accountancy firm experience essential
