One of our long standing clients is looking for a Finance Assistant to come join them on a temp basis for 2-3 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent finance experience within credit control and accounts receivable. Are you actively looking for a new opportunity within a fast growing organisation? The key responsibilities include:
- Invoices and credit notes
- Ensure all invoices are raised before month-end
- Manage and review bank accounts
- Issue statements to customers monthly highlighting any outstanding invoices
- Review customer account balances
- Carry out credit checks where appropriate
- Monitor invoice maintenance contracts with customers
- Maintain tasks within the credit control function
- Reconciliations where necessary
The skills / experience / knowledge required:
- Robust credit control / accounts receivable experience
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Well organised
