One of our long standing clients is looking for a Finance Assistant to come join them on a temp basis for 2-3 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent finance experience within credit control and accounts receivable. Are you actively looking for a new opportunity within a fast growing organisation? The key responsibilities include:

  1. Invoices and credit notes
  2. Ensure all invoices are raised before month-end
  3. Manage and review bank accounts
  4. Issue statements to customers monthly highlighting any outstanding invoices
  5. Review customer account balances
  6. Carry out credit checks where appropriate
  7. Monitor invoice maintenance contracts with customers
  8. Maintain tasks within the credit control function
  9. Reconciliations where necessary

 

The skills / experience / knowledge required:

  1. Robust credit control / accounts receivable experience
  2. Attention to detail
  3. Great communication skills
  4. Well organised
