The purpose of this job is to provide assistance to my clients Group HSEQ, ensure clear & effective communication of all HSEQ matters are made to management and local personnel.


The key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensure all HSEQ policies, procedures and instructions are implemented through management systems
  2. Ensure all HSE incidents, near misses and accidents are reported in a timely manner, investigated and suitable actions are implemented to prevent reoccurrence
  3. Ensure communication to site teams are effective relevant to HSEQ performance
  4. Responsible for implementation of quality management in line with ISO9001
  5. Complete formal audits and inspections when required
  6. Support the implementation of the ISO14001 standard
  7. Manage environmental compliance required
  8. Audits when required with third parties
  9. Support ongoing certification of management systems through third party audits


The key skills / knowledge and qualifications required:

  1. Internal Auditor qualification (ISO, 9001, 14001 or 45001)
  2. NEBOSH certificate is essential
  3. Accident investigation experience
  4. Training of Risk assessments and Auditing
  5. Previous experience in a similar role
  6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  7. Self-motivated individual
