Based in Montrose, a leading supplier in their field and selling to the UK market. They are currently looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join the team. An expanding business that is looking to increase its reach. Very focused on supporting the development of a circular economy and the business is keen to always have their environmental credentials high on the agenda.

 

Summary of Role:

 

They are looking for a Trainee Sales Executive to join and assist the Sales team. Joining an expanding business in a newly created role means the room for career progression is fantastic. During this role there will be ongoing training so a better understanding of sales and the technical aspects of the sector will be provided. Great opportunity to learn and develop within the sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage sales enquiries and guide clients through the technical requirements of our equipment.
  • Creating bespoke quotations for each enquiry.
  • Working with technical team to provide customers with suitable technical advice.
  • Correctly enter and maintain data in our sales project and CRM databases.
  • Maintain a high level of After Sales service and continuity for clients.
  • Act as a conduit between our Sales and Operations teams.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Be articulate, confident, enthusiastic and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Have the ability to generate rapport, build customer relationships and communicate with people at all levels.
  • Work well under pressure, managing a high workload and multiple deadlines simultaneously. Excellent telephone manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Driving Licence.
  • This role will require continuous training that will be provided to ensure there is a full understanding of the sales process and technical requirements for our equipment.
